Station Place, Luxury Rentals, Coming to Red Bank in Early Fall

August 26, 2014

RED BANK, NJ – An exciting collection of chic urban residences is coming to Red Bank that boasts contemporary architecture and designer-inspired interior appointments in a trendsetting neighborhood. Station Place at Red Bank, a new 45-unit luxury apartment complex located at the intersection of Monmouth and West Streets, and just one block from the famed Count Basie Theatre, is currently under construction and is expected to begin leasing in early fall.

Station Place at Red Bank will offer the very latest in modern design, featuring 1-2 bedroom open floor plans with spacious kitchens, center islands and designer cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), an energy efficient natural gas heating system and central air conditioning. Apartments will also offer open living areas, relaxing bedrooms, energy efficient full size washers and dryers and walk-in closets. Lease pricing will start from the mid $2,000s.

Roger Mumford, builder for Station Place, says the community will offer its residents many well-appointed, cutting edge conveniences such as elevator service, Verizon high speed Internet available, onsite parking with video monitoring (garage parking and additional fee-based storage also available), Zipcar rentals and a key fob controlled access system.

The overall facade of Station Place will incorporate a combination of brick and custom cast stone with a limestone finish. “We will also integrate a triangular pediment that captures the spirit of the nearby Count Basie Theatre into the exterior design,” Mumford said. “With these upscale finishes, contemporary designs and city charm, we believe that this rental community will be a welcome addition to the beautiful Borough of Red Bank.”

Located in the sweet spot of Red Bank, Station Place is within walking distance to the Navesink River, as well as lively entertainment, eclectic restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops and trendy retail venues on Monmouth and Broad Streets.

“Station Place is truly a commuter’s dream as it is located just one block from the Red Bank Train Station and in close proximity to NJ Route 35, CR520, the Garden State Parkway and NJ Turnpike,” Mumford added.
