Roger Mumford Homes (RMH) operates under various LLC’s referred to as “Affiliate Organizations.” These companies design, build and market both for sale communities, as well as income generating properties such as Hidden Village at Aberdeen, Station Place at Red Bank, River Place at Rahway, Metro Rahway, and Fortune Square at Red Bank.

RMH capitalizes new projects through:

• A combination of Company equity and institutional debt
• Business partner equity and institutional debt
• Private Placement Offerings (PPO)

From time to time, the Company offers Private Placement Opportunities that outline specific investments. These PPO’s can be either debt or equity based. Involvement in these funds is restricted to “accredited investors” who must meet certain income and net worth requirements. Private Placement Funds typically involve a 3-5-year hold period.

At this time, no PPM’s are open, however, the Company anticipates offering a Confidential Private Placement Memorandum by mid‑2024.

To date, the company has successfully concluded an equity and debt-based PP and is fully subscribed and closed on a second Fund.
